FUNCTIONS
Presentation Dinner -Tickets - $80 per person
The APLSC 2022 Presentation Dinner will be held at the North Ryde Golf Club. Tickets need to be pre-purchased for this event. Ticket includes 2 course meal. A cash bar will be available for purchasing drinks.
Note - One Presentation Function Ticket is included in each Three Day Registration Package and does not need to be purchased separately.
Under 14 Presentation and Welcome Function - Free of charge
The Under 14 Presentation and Welcome Function will be held at Pymble Ladies College Aquatic and Fitness Centre on Saturday 11 June at the conclusion of Day 1 events.
All teams, individuals, coaches / managers and officials will need to register and make payment online for their participation in the Australian Pool Life Saving Championships 2022 prior to the commencement of the Championships.
Any outstanding registrations fees owing on the first day of APLSC 2022 may result in refusal of entry. Additional persons (eg. spectators) will need to register for functions, and or if they require a program or merchandise item as part of the online registration process.
SUBMITTING COMPETITION ENTRIES
Competition entries need to be completed via the Team Manager Lite program.
The Team Manager (TM) Lite program can be downloaded and completed by clicking on the following link https://hytek.active.com/downloads.html.
Instructions for using Team Manager Lite are available for download below.
Team Managers: After you have registered your team, a Team Manager entry file will be sent to you to complete for your team members. All entries need to be completed and submitted as .zip file via email,. Team entries are only accepted in this format.
Individual competitors needing to submit entries may do so using the Team Manager entry file and process above, or manually by contacting the Championship Organiser.

OFFICIALS POSITION PREFERENCES
As part of the registration process officials will be requested to nominate their preferred officiating positions from the list below:
Speed Roles:
Event Director, Deputy Referee, Starter, Check Starter, Tech Judge, Chief Place Judge, Place Judge, Turn Judge, Chief Timekeeper, Timekeeper, Marshall
SERC/CPR Roles:
Security (CPR/SERC), Judge (CPR/SERC), Timekeeper (CPR/SERC), Runner (CPR/SERC), Marshall (CPR/SERC)
Other roles:
First Aid Officer, Competitor Liaison, Recording (includes Chief recorder, point score assistant), Runner, Announcer, Presentation Coordinator, Equipment Mover
NB. Equipment Movers are required to be in the water to assist with setting manikins, moving equipment and other equipment duties as required.
Draft officials' allocations will be made after the registration closing date, Sunday 29 May 2022.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied for cancellations received up until 10 days before the Australian Pool Life Saving Championships 2022. No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the event. Late requests for refunds due to illness or an emergency will be considered on a case by case basis. All cancellations must be sent in writing to Caitlin Turner, cturner@rlssa.org.au.
